Ensure the printed QR code is undamaged and scannable. The code links to your property's digital directory — if guests see an error, check that the directory is published and the screen is online.
Content updates not appearing
Updates made in the management dashboard should appear across all screens within seconds. If a change isn't showing, refresh the screen or confirm the update was saved and published to the right property.
Screen lost network connection
Verify the property's internet connection and that the screen is on the correct Wi-Fi or wired network. For persistent drops, our team can review your network configuration remotely.
