Lobby Privacy Policy

Lobby does not collect personal information from hotel guests or other users viewing or interacting with the Lobby application.

Guests are not required to create an account, provide their name, email address, phone number, payment information, or other personal information to use Lobby on a television or other managed display.

Lobby processes limited technical device information necessary to deploy, manage, secure, monitor, and support devices running the service. This may include:

• Device identifiers
• Device name or assigned room/location
• Operating system and application version
• Device status
• Network and connectivity information
• IP address
• Application status
• Diagnostic, error, and technical logs

This technical information is used for device management and operation of the Lobby service. It is not used for advertising or tracking guests across apps, websites, or properties.

Lobby customers, such as hotels, resorts, vacation rental operators, restaurants, and property managers, provide information through their Lobby account for publication on their managed displays.

This may include:

• Property names and descriptions
• Property contact information
• Wi-Fi information
• Amenities and operating hours
• Restaurant information and menus
• Events and announcements
• Property images and videos
• Local recommendations
• Promotions
• Social media content or links
• Other content selected by the customer for display

This information is provided and controlled by the customer and is processed for the purpose of operating their Lobby account and displaying their selected content.

Lobby uses technical device information and customer-provided information to:

• Operate and provide the Lobby service
• Manage and identify deployed devices
• Associate devices with the appropriate property or location
• Deliver customer-selected content
• Monitor device and application status
• Diagnose technical issues
• Maintain security and reliability
• Provide technical support
• Improve service performance

Lobby does not sell user data.

Lobby does not collect guest information for advertising purposes and does not track guests across third-party apps or websites for advertising or profiling.

Lobby may use third-party infrastructure and technology providers as necessary to host, manage, secure, monitor, or deliver the service.

Lobby may also display customer-selected links, social media content, QR codes, or other third-party content. Interaction with an external service may be subject to that provider's own privacy policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect technical information and customer information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Technical device information is retained only as reasonably necessary to operate, manage, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Lobby service.

Customer information and content may be retained while the customer's account is active and as reasonably necessary for service operation, contractual obligations, security, backup, or legal requirements.

Lobby does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Lobby application. The application is designed to display hospitality information and does not require guests, including children, to create an account or provide personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Lobby's services evolve or to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The current version will be available at lobby.center/privacy with its effective date.
